Dr. Misael Gonzalez, born in Cuba, became a pediatric doctor in his native country. He left Cuba in 1991 to come to Miami where he continued to pursue medicine began practicing as a primary physician in 1998; later opening his own private practice in 2002. 

He is most commonly known for his role on Telemundo's hit series; “Caso Cerrado” on which he contributed with commentary and analysis for more than 14 years.
